On December 7, 2024, a grand sports and entertainment show "Time of Our Victories" was held in Minsk. The students and staff of VSMU took part in the event as part of the delegation of the Vitebsk region.

The main idea of ​​the event is to unite the nation, because sport is a great force that unites hearts. Belarusians have something to be proud of and cherish. There is no need to look for a better moment - it is worth winning, creating, building, loving, remembering now. It is this philosophical idea that the scriptwriters and organizers of the show "Time of Our Victories" managed to reveal.

On December 6, 2024, the VSMU delegation took part in the Republican scientific and practical conference with international participation "Healthcare: global challenges and threats. Assessment of medical technologies", dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of N.A. Semashko and the 100th anniversary of the Department of Public Health and Healthcare.

As part of the information and explanatory work on conscious participation in the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the Dean of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining in Pedagogy and Psychology Gorodetskaya I.V., the Head of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy with the course of the Faculty of Advanced Training and PR Tserkovsky A.L., the senior lecturer responsible for educational work Petrovich S.A. On December 6, 2024, a dialogue platform was held with the staff of the Departments of Psychology and Pedagogy with the course of the Faculty of Advanced Training and PR, Foreign Languages ​​and students of the Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining in Pedagogy and Psychology.

From December 2 to 5, 2024, the meetings of the University Rector A.N. Chukanov, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs N.Yu. Konevalova, the Dean of the Faculty I.Yu. Karpuk with the students of each course were held at the Faculty of Dentistry. During the conversation "on equal terms", Aleksey Nikolayevich spoke about modern Belarus - a country where it is comfortable to live and work, about our university, where you can get a quality education. This is confirmed by the training of students from more than fifty countries of the world at VSMU. Comparing the standard of living in the past 90s and at the present time, he noted that such serious changes have occurred due to the targeted policy of the state under the leadership of a strong President and his team. Aleksey Nikolayevich also noted that the participation of young people in the upcoming presidential elections is a chance to declare their position, casting their vote for the future of our country.
