On April 17, 2026, the festival of cultures "What unites us" was held at Vitebsk State Medical University. A large-scale exhibition and presentation brought together Belarusian students and students of the Overseas Students Training Faculty to show that friendship knows no borders.

On April 18, 2026, the staff of Vitebsk State Medical University joined the republican clean-up, supporting the national initiative and demonstrating their social responsibility.

Badminton competitions among medical universities of the Republic of Belarus were held at BSMU from April 15 to 17, 2026.

Vibrant games, intense wrestling and a real sporting spirit prevailed on the grounds throughout the three days.

According to the results of the sports competitions, the VSMU team took 2nd place in the team competition.

On April 16, 2026, information meetings were held at VSMU as part of a Single information Day on the topic: "Chernobyl: from renaissance to sustainable development."

The events covered all faculties and structural divisions of the university, the VSMU Clinic, student dormitories, as well as clinical departments.

On April 16, 2026, Vitebsk State Medical University hosted a scientific and practical conference with international participation "Actual problems of modern Dentistry", dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Stomatological Faculty of VSMU.

The forum brought together representatives of leading clinical and academic schools not only in the Republic of Belarus, but also in the Russian Federation. Among the participants are guests from St. Petersburg, Moscow, Smolensk, as well as specialists from medical universities in our country.
