On February 19, 2025 the students of the university took part in the event “our language - our heritage: past and present”, which was held in the exhibition hall “Dukhovskoy Kruglik”.

The moderator of the meeting, timed to coincide with the International Mother Language Day, was Natalia Vladimirovna Tkacheva, the first deputy chairman of the board of the Vitebsk regional organization “Belarusian Society” Znanie”.

VSMU held a gala event to commemorate the 77th Independence Anniversary of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, organized by the students of the Sri Lankan Compatriotic Society.

On February 19, 2025, the Faculty of Pre-University Training held a career guidance meeting with the students of the 10th grades of the State Educational Establishment “Gymnasium № 56 of Minsk”.

On February 19, 2025 the meeting of the University Council was held.

The event was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on Economy, Budget and Finance Irina Petrovna Levkovich, who presented the Certificate of Honor of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus for the great contribution to the implementation of social policy of the Republic of Belarus to the Vice-Rector for Academic Work Natalya Yuryevna Konevalova.
