On March 26, 2026, Vitebsk State Medical University hosted its traditional creative event—a guitar music concert competition.

The event was organized by the military-patriotic club "I Serve the Fatherland" in collaboration with the BRSM. It combined two important themes: the Year of the Belarusian Woman and Victory Day.

From March 24 to March 26, 2026, during spring break, students from general secondary education institutions across the Republic of Belarus participated in Vitebsk State Medical University’s career guidance project, "Become a Student of VSMU for One Day."

Future applicants had a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the student environment by choosing one of four faculties: General Medicine Faculty, Pediatrics Faculty, Stomatological Faculty, or Pharmaceutical Faculty.

As part of the planned visit, VSMU Rector Alexey Chukanov toured the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, as well as Hospital Surgery with Faculty of Advanced Training and Staff Retraining courses based at Mogilev Regional Hospital, and the Department of Infectious Diseases with Faculty of Advanced Training and Staff Retraining courses based at Mogilev Hospital No. 1. The purpose was to review documentation, establish cooperation with the institutional administration, and assess the relevance of curricula and programs in line with modern scientific developments.

On March 21, 2026, participants of the project "Family and Spiritual and Moral Traditions of Belarus" and VSMU volunteers took part in the Health Day for People with Disabilities, organized by the Vitebsk Diocese. As part of the charity event, volunteers assisted in conducting sports activities, outdoor games, and a dance program.

On March 23, 2026, the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course at VSMU held a career guidance event for students in grades 9–11 of the State Educational Institution Secondary School No. 4 named after V.S. Velichko in Rogachev.

During the event, Faculty of Preparatory Training Dean Elena Gusakova highlighted key aspects of the university's activities, paying special attention to the 2026 admissions campaign and the benefits of obtaining higher medical education through targeted training.
