On July 30-31, 2025, a scheduled visit of the Chief Specialist in Ultrasound Diagnostics of the Ministry of Health Alexey Chukanov to healthcare institutions of Mogilev Region took place.

From August 1, 2025, graduates of Vitebsk State Medical University will begin their internship, and young specialists will begin their professional activities.

In anticipation of this event, VSMU administration, headed by the Rector Alexey Chukanov, visited medical institutions in Mogilev on July 31 to monitor the readiness of the first workplaces and places of residence of young specialists and interns.

On July 30, 2025, representatives of Vitebsk State Medical University administration, headed by the Rector Alexey Chukanov, traditionally visited healthcare institutions of Mogilev region in order to monitor the readiness of the first workplaces and places of residence of young specialists and interns.

The Rector of VSMU Alexey Chukanov noted: “Creating comfortable conditions for starting a professional activity is a priority of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. Consistent work is being carried out to ensure that each graduate feels confident in his abilities and knows that they are always ready to receive the necessary assistance”.

On July 12, 2025, Vitebsk State Medical University began accepting documents from applicants seeking education funded by the republican budget and on a fee basis.

From early morning, the university opened its doors to future students. Applicants actively started filling out applications and submitting documents.
