IV reporting and election conference of the Oktyabrsky district (Vitebsk) RPO "Belaya Rus"

On June 24, 2025, the IV reporting and election conference of the Oktyabrsky district (Vitebsk) organization of the RPO "Belaya Rus" was held, which was attended by the VSMU staff led by Dmitry Kuzhel, the Vice-rector for Ideological and Educational Work.

During the conference the reports on the activities of the organization were heard, and the activists of the RPO "Belaya Rus" were awarded with Certificates of Honor, letters of appreciation and memorable gifts. Tatiana Ignatova was unanimously elected the Chairman of the Oktyabrsky district (Vitebsk) organization of the RPO "Belaya Rus".

VSMU at the Belarusian-Chinese Youth Forum

The Belarusian-Chinese Youth Forum started in Minsk on June 24, 2025.

The grand opening of the event was attended by:

the First Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Bakhanovich,
the First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lukashevich,
the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Belarus Zhang Wenchuan.

The VSMU team took part in the regional athletics cross-country race among healthcare workers

On June 20, 2025, the regional athletics cross among healthcare workers was held, dedicated to the 1051st birthday of the city of Vitebsk.

The event, organized by the Vitebsk regional organization of the Belarusian Trade Union of Healthcare Workers, brought together more than 50 adherents of a healthy lifestyle from 20 healthcare organizations in the region. The VSMU team also took part in the sports competition.

VSMU at the Republican Graduates' Festival

On June 20, 2025, VSMU graduates, headed by the Rector Alexey Chukanov, witnessed a bright and inspiring event – the Republican Graduates' Festival of the HEE "The Best Graduation", which brought together more than three thousand graduates of Belarusian universities at the site near the Sports Palace in Minsk.

Participation in the Republican scientific and practical seminar with international participation "New in linguistics, pedagogy and methods of teaching foreign languages"

On June 19, 2025, the Department of Foreign Languages took part in the Republican scientific and practical seminar with international participation "New in linguistics, pedagogy and methods of teaching foreign languages", organized by the educational establishment "Belarusian State Medical University".
