On May 8, 2026, employees, students, members of the creative teams of the university and the VSMU Youth for Family Values project, and volunteers organized a charity concert "No One is Forgotten, Nothing is Forgotten" for residents of the Vitebsk Social Boarding House on the Dvina.
On May 7, VSMU joined the International Scientific and Practical Conference "They forged victory! Medical workers during the Great Patriotic War".
On May 8, 2026, on the eve of Victory Day, university staff and students, including representatives of public associations and organizations, took part in a solemn laying of flowers and wreaths at the monument to the Heroes of the Vitebsk Underground, as well as in a rally dedicated to the 81st anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the Great Patriotic War, which took place at the military burials on Uspenskaya Hill.
On May 8, 2026, Vitebsk State Medical University hosted a solemn event dedicated to Victory Day and the Day of the National Flag, the National Emblem and the National Anthem of the Republic of Belarus.
On the eve of May 9, Vitebsk State Medical University hosted a festive concert dedicated to Victory Day.
The event brought together representatives of the administration, students and teachers in the university's auditorium.
On May 6, the team of the Pharmaceutical Faculty of VSMU took part in the dialogue game "Love. Family. Happiness", which was held at the Vitebsk Regional Library named after V.I. Lenin.
The event was organized by the Pokrov Charitable Foundation for Family, Motherhood and Childhood Support and the Vitebsk Diocese of the Belarusian Orthodox Church.
