On March 20, 2024, an interuniversity bowling tournament “Roads of Victory” was held among the student youth in the city of Vitebsk dedicated to the Year of Quality. The organizers of the tournament were the city organization of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union and the Belarusian Republican Youth Union of the "VSU named after. P.M. Masherov."

The VSMU team competed with teams from VSAVM, VSTU, VSU named after. P.M. Masherov and took first place with the access to the city stage of the bowling tournament “Roads of Victory”.

During the spring holidays, VSMU hosted a lively educational event called the "Spring Marathon of Knowledge," which was attended by high school students from institutions of general secondary education. This event was organized within the framework of agreements on joint activities between VSMU and various secondary education institutions across the Republic of Belarus.

The employees and students of the Vitebsk State Medical University were the first who a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the book “Our President” was gifted to.

This publication filled with deep meaning and inspiring stories was awarded by the Rector of the University Alexei Chukanov on January 22, 2025, to the deans of faculties, activists of the primary organizations of the Republican Public Association "White Rus'", the representatives of the public association "Belorussian Union of Women", as well as the leaders of trade union organizations of the VSMU and student’s asset of the University.
