On July 17, 2025, the delegation of VSMU took part in the festival of women's initiatives “Slavic aspect of women's entrepreneurship: opportunities and prospects”, where more than 200 participants from Belarus and Russia joined forces in searching for new ideas for developing relations and ways to implement them.

VSMU presented an exhibition of scientific achievements, which aroused the active interest of the festival guests.

On September 25, 2025, the International Forum on a Healthy Lifestyle and the XII Republican Universal Exhibition-Fair "Live Healthy" took place in Orsha.

Associate Professor of the Department of Pediatrics No. 2, Vera Potapova, actively participated in the section titled "Disease Prevention in Adults and Children: Modern Approaches." She presented reports on "Immunoprophylaxis of Respiratory Infectious Diseases" and "Monitoring and Nutrition of Preterm Infants in Outpatient Settings."

From April 21 to 24, 2025 in St. Petersburg XVI Festival of Arts of medical students and medical workers, organized jointly by three medical universities: St. Petersburg State Medical University named after I.I. Mechnikov, St. Petersburg State Medical University named after Acad. I.P. Pavlov and SPbSPMU was held. This is a unique event that unites medicine and creativity, revealing the best qualities of students outside their studies.

The XXXII Minsk International Book Fair is held in the year of the 80th anniversary of the Great Victory. Many events and expositions of the exhibition, which tell about feats, heroic struggle and genocide of the Belarusian people, are timed to this significant date.

As part of the signing of a cooperation agreement to organize specialized medical classes with the Glubokoe Regional Gymnasium state educational institution, a career guidance meeting with the school’s students was held on September 30, 2025.

During the event, Elena Sharykhina, Head of the Department of International and Interregional Relations, and Elena Gusakova, Dean of the Faculty of Preparatory Training Course, introduced the high school students to the university’s rich history, modern educational programs, and wide-ranging opportunities for scientific and extracurricular activities. This gave the students a comprehensive insight into the multifaceted life of the university.
