On September 22, 2022, an online conference on contacts and cooperation between Heilongjiang province and Vitebsk region in the field of education was held, it was dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the establishment of sister city relations between Harbin and Vitebsk.

The Navarathri poojai 2022 was held at the hostel No.2 Akthovizal on Saturday the 1st of October, 2022. It was organized by the Medical Students’ Hindu Society, of the Sri Lankan Medical Students’ Union.

The Pooja is held in order to celebrate and worship goddesses who are responsible for 3 aspects in a person’s life; Goddess Durga who is for bravery, Goddess Lakshmi for riches and Goddess Saraswati for education. Navarathri Poojai is observed by Hindus for 9 days from 26th September to 5th October.

On the 30th of September, for the first time, a few members of the Sri Lankan dance group "Mixfeeds" were honored to take part in the event "Life in the Style of Dance" organized by the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services for the Population of the Pervomaisky District of Vitebsk". The event was filled with a variety of colorful and energetic performances from the Belarusian elders. "Mixfeeds" contributed to the event with a bollywood performance that ended with a roaring applaud from the senior audience.

On September 21, there was held a meeting of overseas students (Russian language of training) and residents from among foreign citizens with the members of the Main Directorate for Drug Control and Combating Human Trafficking.
