rozi On January 28, 2026, the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Belarus approved the PhD thesis of Yuri Eduardovich Rozin, Senior Lecturer of the branch of the Departments of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine (with a course in the Faculty of Advanced training and Staff Retraining) and Hospital Surgery (also with a course in Faculty of Advanced training and Staff Retraining). His scientific supervisor is Candidate of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Pediatric Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine at Belarusian State Medical University, Kulagin Alexey Evgenievich.
