The Faculty of Advanced Training and Retraining in Pedagogy and Psychology conducted advanced training of the teaching staff in teaching methods of specialized disciplines. On June 27, 2025, the students who have mastered the content of educational programs for advanced training of managers and specialists in the content and methods of teaching subjects of the specialty "Pharmacy" and morphological disciplines successfully passed the final certification. The students highly appreciated the level of training organization, the relevance and practical significance of these educational programs.

As part of the joint travel plans of VSMU and State Healthcare Institution of Vitebsk and Mogilev Regional Executive Committees work to provide medical and diagnostic assistance to the population by employees of the clinical chairs of VSMU in the areas of cardiology, neurology, psychiatry and narcology, surgery, therapy, otorhinolaryngology and traumatology, obstetrics and gynecology, etc. continues. Over the past two weeks, employees of clinical chairs of VSMU have carried out 36 visits to healthcare institutions in Vitebsk and Mogilev regions.

By the decision of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, within the framework of joint travel plans of VSMU and the State Healthcare Institution of the Vitebsk and Mogilev regional executive committees, the work continues to provide therapeutic and diagnostic assistance to the population of the Vitebsk and Mogilev regions by the employees of the clinical departments of VSMU in the areas of cardiology, neurology, psychiatry and narcology, surgery, therapy, traumatology and orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, etc.

In January 2024, in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, within the framework of joint planned visits of VSMU and the State Healthcare Institution of the Vitebsk and Mogilev regional executive committees, the teaching staff of the clinical departments of VSMU with the aim of providing medical and advisory assistance to the population in the areas of cardiology, neurology, psychiatry and narcology, surgery , therapy, otorhinolaryngology, traumatology and orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, etc. 50 visits were made to health care institutions in the Vitebsk and Mogilev regions to receive patients in the central district hospitals and interdistrict centers.

The quarter-final game of the medical schools’ open KVN tournament was held under the slogan "How we managed to reach such a life." It was participated by the very same 10 teams from Vitebsk, Minsk, Grodno, Gomel, Smolensk and Ryazan, who played in the 1/8 finals.
