For the first time at the Pharmaceutical Faculty of Vitebsk State Medical University, the final certification of students is conducted in the form of an integrated state pharmacy exam.

On June 11, 2026, 5th-year full–time students complete the first stage of practical skills.

Before the exam, the future pharmacists were greeted by the university's rector Alexey Chukanov and First Vice-rector Alina Shchupakova.

On September 11, 2025, a delegation from Vitebsk State Medical University, consisting of Rector Alexey Chukhanov, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Legal WOrk Denis Litsa, and Head of the Department for International and Interregional Affairs Office Elena Sharykhina, visited State Educational Institution "Gymnasium No. 7 of Minsk named after V.I. Livenets." 

During the visit, agreements were reached to implement joint activities aimed at improving the quality of education, exchanging experience, and organizing career guidance activities for gymnasium students. This cooperation laid the foundation for a formal partnership agreement signed with the director, Larisa Smagina.

On May 11, students of the Faculty of Overseas Students Training visited the capital of the Republic of Belarus - the hero-city of Minsk. O.A. Khodos (curator of 48 and 51 groups of the first course of OSTF) and Z.S. Kuntsevich (curator of 47 groups of the first course of OSTF) notified the foreign students about this trip. Students from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ghana, Nigeria, Spain, India, Lebanon and Pakistan under the leadership of the OSTF deputy dean M.A. Senkovich and the head of the Department of Organic Chemistry Associate Professor O.A. Khodos visited the National Library of Belarus and the Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War. With undisguised interest, students listened to guides, viewed historical exhibits, collections of small arms, military ammunition and paraphernalia, photographs, and much more. Foreign students got acquainted with the historical past of the Republic of Belarus, with the peculiarities of librarianship and saw Minsk from a bird's-eye view.

July 1-3, 2025, the teacher-organizer Sergei Nazarev took part in the International Forum "The Heritage of St. Seraphim of Sarov as the Basis of Sacrificial Service" with a presentation "Innovative educational project "Large family - national wealth of Belarus" (Diveyevo village, Nizhny Novgorod region, Holy Trinity Seraphim-Diveyevo Monastery). In 2025, the representatives of 33 regions of Russia, as well as the representative office of the Republic of Belarus consisting of 15 people, took part in the forum.
